为了降低联合收获机收获籽粒的破碎率,对全喂入轴流滚筒型联合收获机进行了改进,利用 PID 调节器对割台的螺旋推进器的转速进行了调节,使用模糊控制原理对调节器进行了参数整定,从而提高了脱粒过程的控制精度. 为了验证改进后的全喂入式联合收获机的可靠性,对其功能进行了测试,主要包括模糊控制的响应时间、超调量及籽粒的破碎率. 其中,模糊控制的测试主要使用MatLab 提供的SIMULINK 工具箱来完成. 通过测试发现:联合收获机的转速提升1rad/s,其控制时间为仅为1s,经过模糊控制之后超调量明显减小,响应曲线平滑,调节时间理想. 最后,通过籽粒破碎率试验发现:使用本文设计的低籽粒破碎率联合收获机的在收获过程中的籽粒破碎率有了明显的降低,符合设计要求.

In order to reduce the seed broken rate of combine , kernels on the feeding drum of axial flow type united har-vest machine is improved , the use of the PID regulator to adjust the screw propeller speed , using the fuzzy control princi-ple on the regulator parameter setting , so as to improve the control precision of the threshing process .In order to verify the improved the reliability of the whole feeding type combine , its function was tested , the test project mainly includes the response time and overshoot of fuzzy control , the broken rate of corn seed kernels under the test of fuzzy control is mainly use MATLAB SIMULINK toolbox to complete offers .By testing found that combine the speed of increase 1 rad/s, its control time is only 1 s, after fuzzy control overshoot volume reduced obviously , the response curve smoothing , adjust the time ideal , at last , it was found that the grain crushing rate using this article designed a low rate of grain crushing the united harvest machine in the process of harvesting grain crushing rate were significantly lower , comply with the design requirements .
