为了提高联合收获机前进速度控制的精度,解决前进速度控制的滞后问题,使收割机具有稳定的负荷和良好的脱粒能力,对驱动轮轴装配机构进行了改进,并提出了基于灰色预测的模糊 PID 控制方案,将其应用在了纵流联合收割机的控制系统中. 控制系统使用单片机作为速度的控制装置,并可对装置故障做出预警. 为了测试收割机速度灰色预测模糊PID控制方法的有效性和可靠性,对收割机的速度控制进行了测试. 以喂入量作为干扰信号,通过测试发现:灰色预测模糊PID控制的速度控制响应时间短,响应迅速,满足设计需求,可以在各类联合收割机的速度控制器推广使用,为收割机速度控制的研究提供了较有价值的参考.

In order to improve the combined harvester forward speed control precision,solve the forward problem of speed control of the lag, it studied the harvester with stable load and good threshing ability.And the drive axle assembly is im-proved.Based on grey prediction and fuzzy PID control scheme and its application in the longitudinal flow control system of combine harvester.It used single chip microcomputer as a speed control device, and the device fault warning made, in order to test the harvester speed grey prediction fuzzy PID control method of validity and reliability, the harvester speed control were tested.To feed quantity as a jamming signal, through the test to find out, grey prediction fuzzy PID control of speed control response time is short, rapid response, which meet the design requirements, so you can use it in com-bine harvester of the speed controller,which is extended for harvester speed control study for a more valuable reference.
