目的:观察复方七芍降压片对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压作用及其对血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α的影响。方法:以12只8周龄Wistar—kyoto(WKY)大鼠为正常组(WKY组),48只8周龄SHR随机分为4组,即模型组(SHR-M组)、卡托普利组(SHR-K组)、复方七芍降压片低剂量治疗组(SHR-D组)、复方七芍降压片高剂量治疗组(SHR-G组)。连续灌胃4周,观察比较各组血压及血清中IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α变化。结果:SHR-K组血压从第1周开始,SHR-D组血压从第3周开始,SHR-G组血压从第2周开始均低于治疗前及SHR-M组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗3、4周后,SHR-G组血压均低于SHR-D组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SHR各组血清炎症因子IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均高于WKY组,治疗后,SHR-K组、SHR-D组及SHR-G组血清炎症因子IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均低于SHR-M组,以上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。SHR-G组IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均低于SHR-D组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方七芍降压片对SHR降压效果明显,可降低血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平,保护血管内皮可能是其作用机制之一。

목적:관찰복방칠작강압편대자발성고혈압대서(SHR)적강압작용급기대혈청IL-6、IL-8화TNF-α적영향。방법:이12지8주령Wistar—kyoto(WKY)대서위정상조(WKY조),48지8주령SHR수궤분위4조,즉모형조(SHR-M조)、잡탁보리조(SHR-K조)、복방칠작강압편저제량치료조(SHR-D조)、복방칠작강압편고제량치료조(SHR-G조)。련속관위4주,관찰비교각조혈압급혈청중IL-6、IL-8화TNF-α변화。결과:SHR-K조혈압종제1주개시,SHR-D조혈압종제3주개시,SHR-G조혈압종제2주개시균저우치료전급SHR-M조,비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01);치료3、4주후,SHR-G조혈압균저우SHR-D조,비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。SHR각조혈청염증인자IL-6、IL-8급TNF-α수평균고우WKY조,치료후,SHR-K조、SHR-D조급SHR-G조혈청염증인자IL-6、IL-8급TNF-α수평균저우SHR-M조,이상비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01)。SHR-G조IL-6、IL-8급TNF-α수평균저우SHR-D조,비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:복방칠작강압편대SHR강압효과명현,가강저혈청IL-6、IL-8화TNF-α수평,보호혈관내피가능시기작용궤제지일。
Objective:To explore the effect of Compound Qishaojiangya tablet on blood pressure and IL-6, IL-8,TNF-α in rats with spontaneously hypertension.Method:Twelve 8-week-old Wistar-kyoto(WKY) rats were selected as the normal group,forty-eight 8-week-old spontaneously hypertension rats (SHR) were selected and divided into 4 groups randomly,with each group 12 rates.The 4 groups were the model group(group SHR-M),the Captopril group(group SHR-K),the Compound Qishaojiangya tablet low-dose group(group SHR-D) and the Compound Qishaojiangya tablet high-dose group(group SHR-G).Continuous lavage was given to the rates for 4 weeks.The blood pressure and the 1evels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in different groups were measured and compared.Result:The blood pressure of group SHR-K(1,2,3 and 4 weeks after treatment),group SHR-D(3 and 4 weeks after treatment) and group SHR-G(2,3 and 4 weeks after treatment) were all lower than before treatment and that of group SHR-M, the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.01).After 3 and 4 weeks of treatment,the blood pressure of group SHR-G was lower than that of group SHR-D,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in different groups of SHR were higher than those in group WKY.After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in group SHR-K,group SHR-D and group SHR-G were all lower than those in group SHR-M.The differences above were all statistically significant(P<0.01).The serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin group SHR-G were lower than those in group SHR-D,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compound Qishaojiangya tablet can decrease the blood pressure and the serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α.Protecting vascular endothelial may be one of the mechanisms that Compound Qishaojiangya tablet plays its role.
