利用CATIA V5软件在机械"实体建模"和"曲面造型"两方面方便快捷的特点,详细介绍了CATIA对耕整机螺旋形刀辊中各零件的建模及虚拟装配过程,直观地表达出螺旋形刀辊的外形和零件间的组装情况.另外,从三维模型可自动生成平面二维工程图,用于生产与加工,大大提高了耕整机的开发效率.
利用CATIA V5軟件在機械"實體建模"和"麯麵造型"兩方麵方便快捷的特點,詳細介紹瞭CATIA對耕整機螺鏇形刀輥中各零件的建模及虛擬裝配過程,直觀地錶達齣螺鏇形刀輥的外形和零件間的組裝情況.另外,從三維模型可自動生成平麵二維工程圖,用于生產與加工,大大提高瞭耕整機的開髮效率.

In this paper, by using CATIA V5 software in mechanical entity modeling and surface modeling the character-istics of both convenient and quick, CATIA is introduced in the spiral knife roller modeling and virtual assembly process of the parts.Visually express the shape of spiral knife roller and parts assembly on to the next.In addition, from the 3 d model can automatically generate a two-dimensional engineering drawing, used in the production and processing, greatly improves the development efficiency of tillage machine.
