目的:研究与分析强化护理干预对住院早、中期阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者生活质量的影响。方法:将2012年5月-2014年10月在本院住院治疗的120例AD患者随机分为两组,试验组和对照组各60例,两组患者均进行常规的护理,试验组同时进行系统、科学的强化护理干预,包括对患者及家属实施系统的健康知识讲座,系统的记忆功能训练,快乐的特色体验和心灵支持,强化功能训练及应用心理护理、音乐治疗等多种护理干预。并且对两组患者入院时,4、8、12周作简明智能精神状态量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、Hamilton抑郁量表的测评以及采用健康状况量表(SF-36)测评干预前、后患者的各项生活质量指标。结果:试验组各项检查指标改善程度均高于对照组;试验组干预前后的各项指标比较,尤其护理干预8、12周后差异明显,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后试验组患者SF-36的各项评分都明显高于干预前,同时也明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:可见对早、中期阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者进行系统、科学的强化护理干预能明显改善患者的生活质量,所以强化护理干预治疗AD患者值得在临床方面广泛使用。

목적:연구여분석강화호리간예대주원조、중기아이자해묵병(AD)환자생활질량적영향。방법:장2012년5월-2014년10월재본원주원치료적120례AD환자수궤분위량조,시험조화대조조각60례,량조환자균진행상규적호리,시험조동시진행계통、과학적강화호리간예,포괄대환자급가속실시계통적건강지식강좌,계통적기억공능훈련,쾌악적특색체험화심령지지,강화공능훈련급응용심리호리、음악치료등다충호리간예。병차대량조환자입원시,4、8、12주작간명지능정신상태량표(MMSE)、일상생활능역량표(ADL)、Hamilton억욱량표적측평이급채용건강상황량표(SF-36)측평간예전、후환자적각항생활질량지표。결과:시험조각항검사지표개선정도균고우대조조;시험조간예전후적각항지표비교,우기호리간예8、12주후차이명현,차차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05);간예후시험조환자SF-36적각항평분도명현고우간예전,동시야명현고우대조조,차차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:가견대조、중기아이자해묵병(AD)환자진행계통、과학적강화호리간예능명현개선환자적생활질량,소이강화호리간예치료AD환자치득재림상방면엄범사용。
Objective:To research and analyze the effect of intensive nursing intervention on hospital early medium-term Alzheimer's disease (AD) in patients the quality of life.Method:From May 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital 120 patients with AD were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each group contained 60 cases.The two groups were given routine care.The experimental group were given the system,strengthen scientific nursing interventions, including patients and their families to implement memory training system health lectures, the system features a happy experience and spiritual support,training and application enhancements psychological care, music therapy,etc. And two groups of patients admitted to hospital, four weeks, eight weeks, 12 weeks for concise intelligent Mental State Examination (MMSE), Activities of Daily Living Scale (ADL),Hamilton depression scale evaluation and the use of health status scale (SF- before 36) Evaluation intervene after the patient's quality of life index were evaluated.Result:The experimental group inspection indicators showed the degree of improvement was higher; the indicators compare the experimental group before and after intervention, especially nursing interventions 8, 12 weeks after the obvious difference, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); patients in the experimental group after the intervention SF-36 the scores of all items were significantly higher than those before the intervention, but also significantly higher, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Visible to the early and middle of alzheimer's disease (AD) patients with the strengthening of the system, scientific nursing intervention can significantly improve the patients quality of life,so to strengthen nursing intervention is worth widely used in clinical treatment of AD patients.
