针对北方播种玉米的垄作区内存在一些狭长或凹凸不平的特殊地块,设计了一种便携式脚踏玉米播种机,包括支撑底座、踏板、前推杠杆及排种装置,通过支撑底座与踏板的相对运动,实现排种装置的排种. 田间试验结果表明:当垄宽分别为350、380、400mm 时,株距误差分别为7.44%、5.13%、1.91%,播种深度合格率分别为95.14%、92.1%、89.72%,测试误差符合要求,脚踏式玉米播种机的设计能够满足特殊地块的耕种需求.
針對北方播種玉米的壟作區內存在一些狹長或凹凸不平的特殊地塊,設計瞭一種便攜式腳踏玉米播種機,包括支撐底座、踏闆、前推槓桿及排種裝置,通過支撐底座與踏闆的相對運動,實現排種裝置的排種. 田間試驗結果錶明:噹壟寬分彆為350、380、400mm 時,株距誤差分彆為7.44%、5.13%、1.91%,播種深度閤格率分彆為95.14%、92.1%、89.72%,測試誤差符閤要求,腳踏式玉米播種機的設計能夠滿足特殊地塊的耕種需求.

To solve the problems of the North Ridge sowing maize area exists in Narrow or uneven of the special region , a stampede-style maize seeder was designed .The seeding machine comprises a supporting base , a pedal , push lever and Sowing mechanism .Through the relative movement of the support base and the pedal , planting with sowing machine .The result of field tests showed that in row spacing was respectively 350mm、380mm and 400mm, and plant spacing error were 7.44%, 5.13% and 1.91%,sowing depth qualified rate were 95.14%、92.1% and 89.72%.The design of stampede-style maize seeder satisfied the agronomic requirements .
