为了提高活性米干燥效率及干后品质,基于现有隧道式微波干燥机,设计了一种新型的微波干燥设备.该设备以微波作为干燥热源,由定量进料装置、微波干燥装置、缓苏装置及控制装置等部分组成,实现了微波干燥的连续性;通过分粮板、铺料刷等装置将物料以规则薄层铺放到输送带上,提高了干燥的均匀性;在连续干燥过程中加入缓苏装置,并通过控制系统精确控制干燥的目标含水率;分析确定了搅龙、输送装置、干燥仓、缓苏仓等关键部件的结构参数及具体尺寸. 试验结果表明:该设备工作效率约为1 t/h,爆腰率20%以下,适用于连续式活性米干燥,提高了微波干燥效率,且干燥品质良好,高度保持了活性米的色香味及热敏性营养成分.

In order to enhance the activity of rice drying efficiency and quality of dry products , based on the existing tun-nel microwave drying machine , we designed a new type of microwave drying equipment , which as a microwave drying heat source , the quantitative feeding apparatus , microwave drying equipment , tempering part of the device , the control device , to achieve a continuous microwave drying , through the sub-grain boards , decking and other means to brush a thin layer of material to the rules laid onto the conveyor belt , to improve the uniformity of drying , continuous drying process Join tempering equipment , and precise control of the drying of the target moisture content by the control system . Analysis identified auger conveyor means , dry container , slow structural parameters and specific dimensions and other key components of the Soviet positions .Experimental results show that the efficiency of the device is about 1 t /h, fis-suring rate of 20%or less,suitable for continuous drying activity meters to improve the efficiency of microwave drying ,drying and good quality , highly maintained active meter color , flavor and heat-sensitive vitamins and other nutrients .
