我国南方果园种植区多为丘陵山地,如柑橘果园种植地70%为丘陵. 在坡陡弯多的道路地形中,持续下长坡的路况对运输车的制动效能提出了更高的要求,连续制动导致主制动器热衰退严重,威胁着行车安全.因此,研究适用于农用运输车的辅助制动器,提高制动安全性十分必要. 以华南农业大学自主研发的果园轻简化轮式运输车为研究对象,设计适用于运输车的辅助制动装置—液力缓速器. 根据运输车的参数和要求,采用相似设计理论计算新样机参数;利用SolidWorks 软件对液力缓速器转子和定子进行三维建模;利用 MatLab/Simu-link软件对加装液力缓速器的运输车进行制动效能仿真和分析. 仿真结果表明:在坡路上使用缓速器,制动时间减少12 .7%,制动距离减少17 .4%.

Our country is an agricultural country , the use of farm transporter is not only can improve the efficiency of ag-ricultural production , also can reduce the labor intensity of the farmers .However , 70% of the orchard is hills .On the downhill road conditions , it puts forward higher requirements on vehicle braking efficiency , continuous braking would cause the main brake serious thermal decay , threating to safety .Therefore , to improve the braking safety , it is necessary to research an auxiliary brake which is suitable for the farm transporter .This paper takes South China Agricultural Uni-versity independently developed generation orchard simplified wheeled transport vehicle as the research object , and de-signs a hydraulic retarder which is applicable to the transport vehicle .According to the vehicle parameters and require-ments , this paper takes the similar design theory to calculate the parameters of a new prototype ;building 3 D model of the hydraulic retarder rotor and stator by SolidWorks software;using MATLAB/Simulink software installed on vehicle hydrau-lic retarder braking performance simulation and analysis .The simulation results show that , using hydraulic retarder bra-king on the slope road , the braking time is reduced by 12 .7%, and the braking distance is reduced by 17 .4%.
