2 BQM-2 铺膜播种机配套动力1 8 kW ,能够一次性完成开沟、播种、施肥、覆土及铺膜等功能,适合中小规模种植农户使用. 参照《JB/T7732—2006 铺膜播种机》行业标准,对该机在内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市准格尔旗进行了玉米精密播种田间试验. 结果表明:该机作业株距与理论株距偏差为(-2 ,2 ) cm;作业播深与理论播深偏差为(-1,1)cm,作业行距与理论行距偏差为(-2,1)cm,播种重播率为 1.5% ,空穴率为0.4% ,种子破碎率为0,穴粒数合格率为 96.2% ,膜边覆土合格率为98%. 试验数据表明:该机型适合大面积推广使用,可为实现精密机械化种植提供保障.

2 BQM-2 membrane machine 18 kw power , the machine can be a one-time furrowing and seeding , fertiliza-tion, cover earth, membrane, and other functions, is more suitable for small and medium scale planting farmers use . With reference to the JB/T7732-2006 membrane machine industry standard for the jungar banner in Inner Mongolia or-dos city corn precision seeding field tests have been carried out .Experimental results show that the machine operation planting distance and theory for planting distance deviation (-1 , 3 ) cm; Homework spacing and row spacing deviation theory of (-1, 2)cm,sowing depth and sowing depth deviation theory to (-1,1)cm, sowing the replay rate was 1.5%, the hole rate of 0.4%, seed broken rate of 0, den grain number percent of pass is 96.2%, the membrane covering per-cent of pass is 98%.Show that the model is suitable for promote the use of large area , offers protection for the precision mechanical cultivation .
