初中数学教师国培计划旨在深化初中数学教师对新课程基本理念与核心概念的全面理解,使其整体把握课程内容主线,掌握课程教学的前沿性、方法性和知识之间的关联性,提高教学设计、教学实施、教学评价、教学研究和现代教育技术应用等方面的能力,发挥其在一线教师群体中的示范与引领作用.在总结4轮初中数学骨干教师国培计划成效的基础上,特别是数学素养与人文素养等内涵培训的特色环节,从培训目标定位、对象分析和内容设计等3个方面阐述培训方案的设计与实施.

The program of training Mathematics teacher's in junior middle school is to let them to deepen understanding idea of the new curriculum and the core concepts, grasp the course overall contents by the main line, master relations between the frontiers and method of teaching and relations of knowledge, improve the ability about teaching design, teaching implementation, teaching evaluation, research of teaching and the application of modern education technology, gain the demonstration and leading role in the teacher groups. In this paper, based on summarizing the training program effectiveness before the four times, especially the characteristic of mathematical literacy and humanistic quality content, the design and implementation of training in three aspects, positioning of training target, analysis of object and design of contents are discussed.
