The design useful life of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is 120 years. The union concrete pouring used the whole section once casting process to ensure the durability of immersed tube. Combining with the characteristics of concrete construction, we described the construction procedure and key points for operation. Through the concrete material optimization and vibrating optimization, we ensured the safety and quality of prefabricated immersed tube.
