在长丝丝饼生产过程中，会产生断头丝饼，长丝后续加工过程中，想办法尽多地差别化集中加工这些生产过程中产生的断头丝饼，减少盲目扒除断头丝层量，是企业创收的一个利润增长点。本文通过国际标准等文献关于筒装丝外观疵点中结头数量的相关规定，结合实际生产，以120D/30F和75D/25F两种丝饼为例，总结和换算出差别化集中加工的方法，明确了集中加工等级品的丝饼断头个数，以指导生产。

In the process of yarn producing,there are a lot of broken ends yarn cake.If we can winding the broken ends yarn cake in the way of centered producing and reduce the way of removeing broken ends yarn cake way at will,the waste rate will be down.In this article,through reading the relevant International Standard which stipulate the knot in visible defect of the cone winded yarn,and combine the produce in the factory,we sum up the way of centered withdrawin broken ends yarn cake in the exemple of 120D/30F and 75D/25F yarn cake.At the same time, we also scaler the number of the allowable broken ends in each yarn cake,in orde to guide to produce graded products.
