本文对苏南所产不同生长时期的荷叶中总黄酮、总生物碱及平均叶重的变化规律进行研究, 结果显示8~9月间的荷叶的总黄酮含量、总生物碱含量及平均叶重最高, 分别达到72.93 mg/g、46.32 mg/g及20.07 g/片.此结果对指导区域荷叶药材的采摘具有一定意义.
本文對囌南所產不同生長時期的荷葉中總黃酮、總生物堿及平均葉重的變化規律進行研究, 結果顯示8~9月間的荷葉的總黃酮含量、總生物堿含量及平均葉重最高, 分彆達到72.93 mg/g、46.32 mg/g及20.07 g/片.此結果對指導區域荷葉藥材的採摘具有一定意義.

This paper provided research of varying pattern of total flavones, total alkaloid and average leaf weight in lotus leaf during different growth period in southern Jiangsu. Its results showed highest levels of total flavones, total alkaloid and average leaf weight during August~September, as 72.93 mg/g, 46.32 mg/g, and 20.07 g/leaf. This result contained certain significance for guidance of collecting regional lotus leaf as medicinal material.
