目的：探讨结节性硬化症及肾错构瘤的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析59例结节性硬化症患者及其中37例合并肾错构瘤患者的临床资料，分析其影像学表现。结果结节性硬化症的CT、MRI多表现为皮质和皮质下结节、室管膜下结节、室管膜下巨细胞星形细胞瘤、脑白质异常；肾错构瘤的CT表现为脂肪区与软组织区CT值的不同，MRI扫描能够确定肿瘤来源、明确显示脂肪成分并可检出肿瘤内有分支的粗大血管影。结论结节性硬化症及肾错构瘤的影像学表现有一定特征性，CT、MRI各有优势，两者结合能够提高检出率，减少漏诊、误诊病例。

Objective To investigate the imaging features of tuberous sclerosis and renal angiomyolipomas.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 59 cases of tuberous sclerosis and 37 cases of tuberous sclerosis combined with renal angiomyolipomas were conducted,their imaging manifestations were analyzed.Results The manifestations of CT and MRI were cortical and subcortical tubercle,subependymal nodules,subependymal giant cell astrocytoma,cerebral white matter abnormalities;CT manifestation of renal angiomyolipomas was the difference of CT value between fatty area and soft tissue area.MRI could make sure where the tumor derived,display the fat component obviously and detect the large vessels imaging with branch.Conclusion The imaging manifestations of tuberous sclerosis and renal angiomyolipomas have certain characteristics,CT and MRI each had ad-vantages,combination of the 2 methods can increase the detection rate,reduce the cases of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
