目的：探讨重复经颅磁刺激治疗轻中度抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取新疆医科大学第四附属医院神志病科2013年7月—2014年7月收治的轻中度抑郁症患者60例，根据随机数字表法分为真刺激组和假刺激组，各30例。两组患者均服用舍曲林片，在此基础上真刺激组患者给予重复经颅磁刺激治疗，假刺激组患者给予伪刺激方法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗2周末、治疗4周末汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分，并分析 HAMD 各因子评分。结果治疗前两组患者 HAMD 评分、HAMA 评分和PSQI 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）；治疗2周末和4周末真刺激组患者 HAMD 评分、HAMA 评分和 PSQI评分均低于假刺激组（P ﹤0.05）。治疗前两组患者焦虑/躯体化、体质量、认知障碍、日夜变化、迟缓、睡眠障碍及绝望感评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。治疗2周末真刺激组患者焦虑/躯体化、迟缓、睡眠障碍及绝望感评分低于假刺激组（P ﹤0.05）；治疗4周末真刺激组患者焦虑/躯体化、认知障碍、迟缓、睡眠障碍及绝望感评分低于假刺激组（P ﹤0.05）。结论重复经颅磁刺激治疗轻中度抑郁症的临床疗效确切，能有效改善患者抑郁、焦虑情绪及睡眠质量。

목적：탐토중복경로자자격치료경중도억욱증적림상료효。방법선취신강의과대학제사부속의원신지병과2013년7월—2014년7월수치적경중도억욱증환자60례，근거수궤수자표법분위진자격조화가자격조，각30례。량조환자균복용사곡림편，재차기출상진자격조환자급여중복경로자자격치료，가자격조환자급여위자격방법치료。비교량조환자치료전、치료2주말、치료4주말한밀이돈억욱량표（HAMD）평분、한밀이돈초필량표（HAMA）급필자보수면질량지수（PSQI）평분，병분석 HAMD 각인자평분。결과치료전량조환자 HAMD 평분、HAMA 평분화PSQI 평분비교，차이무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）；치료2주말화4주말진자격조환자 HAMD 평분、HAMA 평분화 PSQI평분균저우가자격조（P ﹤0.05）。치료전량조환자초필/구체화、체질량、인지장애、일야변화、지완、수면장애급절망감평분비교，차이무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）。치료2주말진자격조환자초필/구체화、지완、수면장애급절망감평분저우가자격조（P ﹤0.05）；치료4주말진자격조환자초필/구체화、인지장애、지완、수면장애급절망감평분저우가자격조（P ﹤0.05）。결론중복경로자자격치료경중도억욱증적림상료효학절，능유효개선환자억욱、초필정서급수면질량。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on mild to moderate depressive disorder. Methods From July 2013 to July 2014,a total of 60 patients with mild to moderate depressive disorder were selected in the Department of Mental Diseases,the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,and they were divided into A group and B group according to random number table,each of 30 cases. Based on taking sertraline tablets, patients of A group were given fake repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,while patients of B group were given repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. HAMD score,HAMA score and PSQI score were compared between the two groups before treatment,at the second weekend and the forth weekend,and single factor score of HAMD was analyzed. Results No statistically significant differences of HAMD score,HAMA score or PSQI score was found between the two groups before treatment (P ﹥ 0. 05);while HAMD score,HAMA score and PSQI score of B group were statistically significantly lower than those of A group at the second weekend and the forth weekend(P ﹤ 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of factor score of anxiety/somatization,body mass,cognitive disorder,circadian changes,sluggish,sleep disturbance or sense of despair was found between the two groups before treatment( P ﹥ 0. 05);at the second weekend,factor score of anxiety/ somatization,sluggish, sleep disturbance and sense of despair of B group was statistically significantly lower than that of A group,respectively( P ﹤0. 05);at the forth weekend,factor score of anxiety/ somatization,cognitive disorder,sluggish,sleep disturbance and sense of despair of B group was statistically significantly lower than those of A group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation has certain clinical effect in treating mild to moderate depressive disorder,can effectively relieve the depression and anxiety,improve the sleeping quality.
