分别研究了Q345钢板标准拉伸试样、开横向V形槽试样、开深度方向“”形槽试样在拉伸试验不同阶段的磁记忆检测信号表征。依据ISO 24497《无损检测-金属磁记忆检测》对信号特征进行了分析,结果表明,应力集中部位的磁性指数m随着应力集中程度的增加而增大。应力集中程度越高,磁场法向分量过零点,磁场切向分量和磁场梯度具有最大值的对应性越好。不同材料的磁性指数极限值对于现场检测时应力集中程度的判定具有指导意义。

The magnetic memory testing signal characteristics of Q345 steel plate several specimens in tensile test different stages were respectively studied, including tensile sample, transverse V-type tensile sample and depth direction -groove. The test signal was analyzed based on the ISO 24497 “Non-destructive testing-Metal magnetic memory”. The results showed that the magnetic index (m) increases with the increase of stress concentration degree, and the higher correspondence among tangential component of magnetic field has maximum value and the normal component of magnetic field acquires zero value and maximum magnetic field gradient with higher stress concentration degree. The limiting value of the magnetic index(mlimn) for different materials has important significance on the judgement of stress concentration degree for magnetic memory testing on site.
