采用高频焊(HFW)+热张力减径新工艺(简称SEW工艺)试制石油套管管坯,在热张力减径前后分别取样进行压扁试验。试验结果表明, HFW管经过热张力减径后,压扁试验全部合格,即使试样压扁至内壁贴合时,焊缝有微小裂纹的试样也很少;这说明焊缝的塑性变形能力显著改善,达到了焊管无缝化的目的。
採用高頻銲(HFW)+熱張力減徑新工藝(簡稱SEW工藝)試製石油套管管坯,在熱張力減徑前後分彆取樣進行壓扁試驗。試驗結果錶明, HFW管經過熱張力減徑後,壓扁試驗全部閤格,即使試樣壓扁至內壁貼閤時,銲縫有微小裂紋的試樣也很少;這說明銲縫的塑性變形能力顯著改善,達到瞭銲管無縫化的目的。

Adopting a new process of high frequency welding(HFW)+hot stretch reducing (referred to as SEW)to conduct trial produce for oil casing billet,then the flattening tests were carried out respectively for sample pipe before and after hot stretch reducing. The results indicated that flattening tests all qualified, even if the sample is crushed to the lining joint, the specimens with tiny crack in weld are few. This showed that the plastic deformation capacity of weld is improved significantly, achieves the purpose of welded pipe seamless.
