目的：：对心血管内科患者感染的因素进行调查，并分析相关的应对方法。方法：选择2012年4月~2013年5月某院收治的96例心血管内科感染患者作为研究对象，对其临床资料进行回顾性系统性的分析，之后探讨出心血管内科感染患者感染的常见因素，并总结其应对方法。结果：合并症、侵入性操作、心功能水平、预防性抗生素及抑酸药物的应用不当是心血管内科感染的常见因素。结论：心血管内科患者感染的因素众多，这要求医院在患者住院治疗的过程中，进行细心精密的护理，严格关注患者的体征变化，严格规范护理操作流程，科学合理地为患者进行药物治疗，以提高患者的治疗效率，减少治疗过程中的感染率。
목적：：대심혈관내과환자감염적인소진행조사，병분석상관적응대방법。방법：선택2012년4월~2013년5월모원수치적96례심혈관내과감염환자작위연구대상，대기림상자료진행회고성계통성적분석，지후탐토출심혈관내과감염환자감염적상견인소，병총결기응대방법。결과：합병증、침입성조작、심공능수평、예방성항생소급억산약물적응용불당시심혈관내과감염적상견인소。결론：심혈관내과환자감염적인소음다，저요구의원재환자주원치료적과정중，진행세심정밀적호리，엄격관주환자적체정변화，엄격규범호리조작류정，과학합리지위환자진행약물치료，이제고환자적치료효솔，감소치료과정중적감염솔。
Objective:to investigate infectious factors for patients in cardiovascular department,and ana-lyze relevant countermeasures.Methods:Select 96 infected patients received in department of cardiovasology in some hospital during the period from April 2012 to May 2013 as the research object,and retrospectively make statistical analysis on their clinical data ,and then inve.stigate the common factors resulting in the in-fection in patients in cardiovascular internal medicine ,and sum up relevant countermeasures.Results:The complications,invasive operation,the level of cardiac function ,the improper application of prophylactic anti-biotics and acid suppression drugs are the main factors resulting in the infection in cardiovascular internal medicine.Conclusion:Factors resulting in the infection in patients in cardiovascular internal medicine are vari-ous,which requires that careful and precise nursing shall be given out during patients'hospitalization ,atten-tion shall be paid to the change of various signs in patients strictly,the nursing process shall be strictly regu-lated ,scientific and reasonable nursing shall be carried out on patients during drug therapy,so as to improve the efficiency of treatment for patients ,reduce the infection rate in the process of treatment.
