通过国内外真实案例，指出石油产品中含有氯或硅元素的严重危害，并指出目前国内外对于油品中含这两类非法添加剂的标准的最新情况，以及介绍了目前常见的检测手段。旨在呼吁相关部门严格控制油品中的氯和硅的含量，并对相关检测部门的工作有一定参考作用。

Based on the real cases at home and abroad, severe harms of chlorine and silicon in oil were proposed. The standards about the two types of illegal additives in oil were indicated. And common testing methods were introduced. It’s pointed that the content of chlorine and silicon in oil should be strictly controlled.
