针对目前我国地质灾害防治中出现的缺乏汇集各方、各领域防治专家快速参与决策能力的问题,结合现代信息技术,提出构建地质灾害远程会商及应急指挥系统。设计了系统总体框架,并给出了在实际运用中的工作模式和工作流程。

With the goal of preventing and managing geological disasters in China, experts in various ifelds related to prevention and treatment proposed the construction of a remote consultation and emergency command system based on modern information technology to assist in rapid decision-making during geological disasters. The overal framework of this system is reported, along with the working mode and working process.
