目的：：分析 Bakri 子宫填塞球囊导管在产后出血急救中的应用。方法：回顾性分析某院2013年6月~2015年6月使用 Bakri 子宫填塞球囊导管治疗的剖宫产术中出现的产后出血患者25例，作为实验组，同时选取该时期使用宫腔内纱布填塞止血的产后出血患者25例作为对照组，观察其临床疗效。结果：在治疗总时间、填塞物留置时间、治疗后24h 出血量、止血有效率、子宫动脉结扎率、子宫切除率等指标方面，实验组患者显著优于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论：应用 Bakri 子宫填塞球囊导管治疗剖宫产术中出现的产后出血，总止血有效率高，能显著降低子宫切除率，值得临床推广。
목적：：분석 Bakri 자궁전새구낭도관재산후출혈급구중적응용。방법：회고성분석모원2013년6월~2015년6월사용 Bakri 자궁전새구낭도관치료적부궁산술중출현적산후출혈환자25례，작위실험조，동시선취해시기사용궁강내사포전새지혈적산후출혈환자25례작위대조조，관찰기림상료효。결과：재치료총시간、전새물류치시간、치료후24h 출혈량、지혈유효솔、자궁동맥결찰솔、자궁절제솔등지표방면，실험조환자현저우우대조조환자(P <0.05)。결론：응용 Bakri 자궁전새구낭도관치료부궁산술중출현적산후출혈，총지혈유효솔고，능현저강저자궁절제솔，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To analyze the application of Bakri tamponade uterine balloon catheter in the emer-gency treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:Make A retrospective analysis on 25 patients who were with postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section and treated with Bakri tamponade uterine balloon catheter in some hospital during the period from June 2013 to June 2015 and define them as the experimental group,and select another 25 concurrent patients who were with postpartum hemorrhage and were stopped bleeding through the packing of gauze inside uterine cavity and defined them as the control group.Observe the clinical effect.Results:In the aspect of total treatment time,stuffing detaining time,blood loss within the 24 hours after treatment,the effective rate of hemostasis ,ligation rate of uterine artery,hysterectomy rates and oth-er aspects,the experimental group were significantly better than the patients in control group (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion:The overall effective rate of hemostasis would be higher if applying Bakri tamponade balloon u-terine catheter to treat postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section ,it can significantly reduce the rate of hysterectomy,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
