目的：：探究对初产妇进行产前心理护理对产妇心理状态以及分娩方式的影响。方法：选取2012年5月~2014年11月在某院进行分娩的初产妇268例，将其随机分为对照组和护理组，对照组产妇采取常规的产前护理，护理组产妇则在常规产前护理的基础上进行心理护理干预，对比两组初产妇分娩相关指标。结果：护理组产妇的分娩自信心、分娩方式的选择以及母乳喂养情况均显著优于对照组，同时护理组产妇的护理满意度明显高于对照组，其差异显著具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论：在初产妇的产前护理中进行心理护理干预能够改善产妇的分娩相关指标，同时提升护理服务的满意度，值得在产妇分娩前运用。

Objective:To explore the effect of antenatal psychological nursing on primipara's psychologi-cal state and their delivery way.Methods:Select 268 cases of primipara delivered in some hospital during the period from May 2012 to November 2014 ,and randomly divided them into control group and nursing group, control group adopted conventional antenatal care,while the nursing group were added with psychological nursing on the basis of conventional antenatal care ,compared relevant indicators related to delivery.Results:In nursing group,puerperae's self-confidence,their selection of delivery mode ,breastfeeding and otherwise were all significantly better than that in control group,and puerperae's satisfaction with nursing was obvious-ly higher than that in control group the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Dur-ing the antenatal care for primiparae ,psychological nursing intervention can improve indicators related to de-livery ,improve their satisfactory with nursing service,it is worthy of clinical application before delivery.
