目的：：探析前尿道狭窄应用背腹侧联合镶嵌成形术的围手术期护理干预措施及其效果。方法：对照组给予常规护理，实验组则在此基础上施以包括术前、术后护理在内的围手术期护理干预，统计比较两组患者手术成功率、术后并发症情况等差异。结果：实验组患者的手术成功率、护理服务总满意率均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论：对前尿道狭窄行背腹侧联合镶嵌成形术的围手术期予以有效的专科护理干预有助于提高手术成功，减少术后并发症。
목적：：탐석전뇨도협착응용배복측연합양감성형술적위수술기호리간예조시급기효과。방법：대조조급여상규호리，실험조칙재차기출상시이포괄술전、술후호리재내적위수술기호리간예，통계비교량조환자수술성공솔、술후병발증정황등차이。결과：실험조환자적수술성공솔、호리복무총만의솔균고우대조조(P <0.05)。결론：대전뇨도협착행배복측연합양감성형술적위수술기여이유효적전과호리간예유조우제고수술성공，감소술후병발증。
Objective:To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention applied to conduct urethroplasty for patients with anterior urethral stricture through mosaicplasty in dorsal and ventral parts. Methods:The control group received routine care,the experimental group were subjected to perioperative nursing intervention including pre-operative nursing,postoperative nursing on the basis of the nursing con-ducted in control group,made statistical analysis and compare the differences between the two groups in suc-cess rate of surgery,the situations of complications after surgery and so on.Results:The success rate of sur-gery in the experimental group ,the rate of overall satisfaction with nursing were higher than that in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:It would help to improve the success rate to conduct effective and professional nursing during the perioperative period of urethroplasty for patients with anterior urethral stricture through mosaicplasty in dorsal and ventral parts and it would help to reduce the occurrence of postoperative complica-tions.t.
