针对城市公共自行车服务站点位置选择和站点配备锁桩数量不合理等问题,引入基于模糊算法的控制器,采用模糊数学模型建立优化评价系统,利用该系统对公共自行车服务站点锁桩数量、方便程度和建设费用等主要因素进行分析评价。任意选取一个站点运用软件进行仿真对比表明,该模型能够有效的评判站点的合理性,同时为其他公共设施建设提供有利参考。
針對城市公共自行車服務站點位置選擇和站點配備鎖樁數量不閤理等問題,引入基于模糊算法的控製器,採用模糊數學模型建立優化評價繫統,利用該繫統對公共自行車服務站點鎖樁數量、方便程度和建設費用等主要因素進行分析評價。任意選取一箇站點運用軟件進行倣真對比錶明,該模型能夠有效的評判站點的閤理性,同時為其他公共設施建設提供有利參攷。

Aiming at solving the problems such as site selection of urban public bicycle sharing system station and unreasonable number of lock piles equipped in station , this paper introduces a controller based on fuzzy algo-rithm, adopts the fuzzy mathematics model to establish the optimization evaluation system , which is used to analyze and evaluate the main factors that should be considered in the settings of public bicycle sharing system station , e. g.lock piles number , convenience level and construction cost .With the arbitrary selection of one station , the com-parison results coming from the software simulation shows that:the model is able to evaluate the rationality of station effectively , and can offer a favorable reference for the other public facilities construction at the same time .
