目的：：分析讨论应用山莨菪碱与阿托品分别辅以奥美拉唑治疗急性胃炎的临床效果。方法：选取110例符合相关诊断标准的急性胃炎患者为本次研究调查对象，研究组则采取阿托品辅以奥美拉唑施以治疗，并观察用药期间的安全性。结果：研究组患者的腹痛、恶心呕吐与腹泻等症状改善时间均较对照组明显更短，差异在统计学范畴内(P <0.05)；研究组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率分别为94.5%、7.3%，较之于总有效率、不良反应发生率分别为78.2%、27.3%的对照组差异显著(P <0.05)。结论：应用阿托品辅以奥美拉唑治疗急性胃炎疗效显著。

목적：：분석토론응용산랑탕감여아탁품분별보이오미랍서치료급성위염적림상효과。방법：선취110례부합상관진단표준적급성위염환자위본차연구조사대상，연구조칙채취아탁품보이오미랍서시이치료，병관찰용약기간적안전성。결과：연구조환자적복통、악심구토여복사등증상개선시간균교대조조명현경단，차이재통계학범주내(P <0.05)；연구조환자적치료총유효솔、불량반응발생솔분별위94.5%、7.3%，교지우총유효솔、불량반응발생솔분별위78.2%、27.3%적대조조차이현저(P <0.05)。결론：응용아탁품보이오미랍서치료급성위염료효현저。
Objective:To analyze and investigate of the respective effect of anisodamine and atropine com-bined with omeprazole on acute gastritis.Methods:1 10 patients with acute gastritis in accordance with rele-vant diagnostic criteria were selected as the research object.The research group was treated with atropine combined with omeprazole,and the safety of the drug during medication was observed.Results:In the re-search group,the improvement in abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting and diarrhea and other symptoms were earlier than those in the control group was ,and differences were Statistical significant (P <0.05);in the re-search group,the total effective rate,the occurrence of adverse reactions were 94.5% and 7.3% respectively, compared to the total effective rate and the incidence rate of adverse reactions (78.2%,27.3% respectively ) in the control group,the differences were significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of atropine combined with omeprazole on acute gastritis is remarkable.
