建立高效液相色谱法及串联质谱法同时测定补肾壮阳类保健食品中非法添加11种化药成分。采用高效液相色谱法考察线性关系、精密度、稳定性以及回收率。采用 scan、sim 及 product ion 的扫描方式对11种化合物进行质谱条件的优化。结果11种化药成分峰面积与浓度之间线性关系良好(r≥0.9999),各组分回收率在96.8%~100.5%之间,稳定性、精密度良好。采用优化后的质谱参数试验,各组份分离度良好,MRM 方式准确快速。结论该法准确快速,适用于补肾壮阳类保健食品非法添加的定性、定量测定以及快速筛查工作。

A method was established to determine 11 kinds of compositions illegally added in kidney healthy food by HPLC-MS/MS. HPLC was used to investigate the linear relationship, precision, stability and recovery rate. Scan, sim and product ion methods were used to optimize the MS parameters. The results show that the linear relationship, precision and stability are good(r≥0.999 9. The recovery rate of each group is 96.8%~100.5%. The separation of each group is good, and the MRM is accurate and fast. The method is suitable for qualitative and quantitative determination and rapid screening of the 11 kinds of compositions in kidney healthy food.
