UDM 区块目前在开发中存在层内、层间的水驱程度差异大,剖面动用状况差,开发效果差等问题。凝胶体系的阻力系数是在几乎未发生交联反应时体系的阻力系数,故同聚合物溶液一样,使注入流体黏度增大,降低流度比,提高采收率;交联聚合物溶液成胶后,黏度迅速增大,后续水驱注入压力升高,水相渗透率降低,凝胶体系具有较好的封堵性。其中残余阻力系数更大体系,说明其成胶后的滞留封堵作用也更强,通过室内模拟实验优选了聚合物弱凝胶体系的调驱轮次、调驱时机以及调驱剂注入量。结果表明,对于渗透率级差为6的多岩心并联实验,聚合物弱凝胶调驱可在水驱基础上提高采收率10%~15%左右。

Currently, there are some problems in UDM block development, such as large difference of water flooding degree between the layers, poor cross section utilization degree, and poor development effect and so on. The resistance coefficient of gel system is the resistance coefficient when the cross linking reaction does not occur, the gel system can increase viscosity, educe mobility ratio and enhance oil recovery, as polymer solution. When cross linked polymer solution becomes into a gel, the viscosity increases rapidly, and injection pressure of subsequent water flood increases. At the same time, the water permeability reduces, therefore, the gel system has good sealing performance. The greater the residual resistance factor of system, the stronger the action of closing off. By indoor simulation experiments, round of adjusted flooding of polymer weak gel system, injection timing and injection volume were optimized. The results show that in the experiment of multi-core parallel whose differential permeability is 6, the oil recovery can be enhanced about 10% ~15% on the basis of water flooding.
