目的：：探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗社区老年原发高血压合并糖尿病疗效。方法：选取250例社区老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组应用缬沙坦治疗,观察组采用氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：经治疗后,观察组患者 SBP(收缩压)、DBP(舒张压)显著低于对照组(P <0.05),FPG(空腹血糖)、2hPG(餐后2h 血糖)、HbAlc(糖化血红蛋白)均显著低于对照组 P <0.05)。在不良反应发生率显著低于对照(P <0.05)。结论：氨氯地平片与缬沙坦胶囊联合用于社区老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病的治疗中,可显著改善患者血压及血糖水平,不良反应较少,值得推广应用。
목적：：탐토힐사탄연합안록지평치료사구노년원발고혈압합병당뇨병료효。방법：선취250례사구노년원발성고혈압합병당뇨병환자위연구대상,수궤분성관찰조화대조조,대조조응용힐사탄치료,관찰조채용안록지평연합힐사탄치료,대비량조환자적치료효과。결과：경치료후,관찰조환자 SBP(수축압)、DBP(서장압)현저저우대조조(P <0.05),FPG(공복혈당)、2hPG(찬후2h 혈당)、HbAlc(당화혈홍단백)균현저저우대조조 P <0.05)。재불량반응발생솔현저저우대조(P <0.05)。결론：안록지평편여힐사탄효낭연합용우사구노년원발성고혈압합병당뇨병적치료중,가현저개선환자혈압급혈당수평,불량반응교소,치득추엄응용。
Objective:Valsartan Amlodipine therapeutic community elderly primary hypertension and dia-betes treatment.Methods:250 cases of community elderly hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus for the study were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group received valsartan treatment,observation group Amlodipine valsartan,compared two groups patient outcomes.Results:After treatment,the observation group were SBP (SBP),DBP (diastolic)was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05),FPG (fasting plasma glucose),2hPG (2h postprandial blood glucose),HbAlc (glycated hemoglobin)They were significantly lower than the control group,P <0.05 ).The incidence of adverse e-vents was significantly lower than the control (P <0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan Amlodipine tablets and cap-sules in combination to treat elderly patients with primary hypertension and diabetes community in,can sig-nificantly improve patients'blood pressure and blood sugar levels,fewer adverse reactions,should be widely applied.
