目的：：探讨三阴乳腺癌以及非三阴乳腺癌的临床病理特性以及其影像学特点。方法：选取某院收治的265例乳腺癌患者,比较两组患者在发病年龄、病理类型、肿瘤大小、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况和 MRI 影像学特点。结果：动态增强处理后,三阴乳腺癌大多表现为环状强化,组间比较有明显差异,P <0.05；DWI 上 TNBC 的 ADC 值显著低于 NTNBC,组间比较有明显差异,P <0.05；TNBC 组患者的累及乳头率、淋巴结转移率更高、临床分期更高,肿瘤直径更长、分化程度更低,组间比较有明显差异,P <0.05。结论：三阴乳腺癌 MRI 主要表现为病灶边界完整、增强时出现环状强化,ADC 值较低,相比于非三阴乳腺癌,三阴乳腺癌具有明显不同的临床病理特征。

Objective:To study the clinical pathological and imaging characteristics of triple negative breast cancer and non-triple-negative breast cancer.Methods:Select 265 patients with breast cancer patients in some hospital ,compare the onset age,pathological classification,tumor size,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis of the two groups,compared the imaging characteristics of MRI of the two groups. Results:After dynamic enhancement ,most triple negative breast cancer was in rim-like enhancement,the difference between groups was statistically significant,P <0.05,the ADC value of TNBC group according to DWI was significantly lower than that of NTNBC group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant,P <0.05.In TNBC group nipple implication rate was higher,lymph node metastasis clinical stag-ing were also higher,the diameter of tumor was longer,differentiation degree was lower ,to compare the 2 groups,the differences were significant,P <0.05.Conclusions:The imaging characteristics of MRI of triple negative breast cancer is mainly found to be the integrity of the focus boundary,rim-like enhancement when enhancing,the relatively low ADC value,and compared with NTNBC,TNBC has distinct clinical pathologi-cal characteristics.
