目的：：以认真负责的态度,科学严谨的临床手法将复合式与单纯切除放在一起进行对比,仔细分析比对数据,得出安全性相对较高的治疗方法方法：在众多青光眼患者中有90人被选中参与统计,分组方法采用随机式,此中一半的人被分配在在小梁切除术中应用丝裂霉素小组,此外另一半单纯使用小梁切除术,将两组患者的手术后的恢复状况进行归纳统计。结果：应用丝裂霉素组手术成功率与未应用丝裂霉素组两相比较后得出数据,6.67%这个数据为应用丝裂霉素的治疗组的浅前房发生率,而24.44%这个数据则是单纯切除治疗组的浅前房发生率,此数据明确显示比较差异有统计学意义。结论：应用丝裂霉素治疗较之单纯切除治疗有很多显著优点,病人的身体恢复周期缩短,手术承担的术后风险也显著可见大幅度降低。

Objective:To compare combined treatment with removal alone with an careful and responsible attitude and scientific clinical methods,anatomize and and compare data and find out relative safe treatment method.Methods:90 patients with glaucma were selected from the large crowd and were grouped randomly,a half of them were treated with mytomycin during trabeculectomy and the other half only received trabeculec-tomy,sum up the postoperative rehabilitation situation of the patients and make statistical analysis.Results:To compare the success rate of the group applied mytomycin with the group only received trabeculectomy,it was found that the occurrence rate of shallow anterior chamber was 6.67% in the group applied trabeculecto-my while that in the group merely received trabeculectomy was 24.44%,the data was statistically significant. Conclusion:To treat with trabeculectomy is obviously more advantageous than to treat through trabeculecto-my alone.It would help to shorten the recovery time and significantly reduce the risk in surgery.
