目的:分析血清铁蛋白(Ferritin,FET)、尿中性粒细胞明胶酶相关性脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)水平与系统性红斑狼疮(Systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)疾病活动度关系。方法:选取我院2012年6月至2015年6月收治的91例S L E患者及同期40例健康体检者,分别纳入患者组与正常组。按照S L E患者疾病活动度分为稳定期组(n=47)及活动期组(n=44),检测各组FET、ds-DNA抗体及NGAL水平。结果:活动期组血清FET、ds-DNA抗体、NGAL水平显著高于稳定期组、正常组,稳定期组血清FET、ds-DNA抗体水平显著高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),稳定期组与正常组N G A L水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。稳定期组血清F E T异常率为40.43%,显著低于活动期组的88.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清FET与ds-DNA抗体、NGAL水平及SLEDAI均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清FET、NGAL水平与SLE患者疾病活动度有着密切关联,能够有效指导SLE的实验室诊断及病情监测。

Objective: To analyze the relationship between FET level and NGAL level with the disease activity of Systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods: 91 patients with SLE in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were selected, and 40 cases of healthy persons in the same period were included. They were included in the patient group and normal group. According to the disease activity of SLE patients, they were divided into the stable phase group (n=47) and the active phase group (n=44). Detected FET,ds-DNA and NGAL. Results:The levels of serum FET, NGAL and ds-DNA were signiifcantly higher in the active stage group than in the stable phase group and the normal group, the levels of serum FET and ds-DNA in the stable phase group were signiifcantly higher than those in the normal group (P<0.05), the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P > 0.05). The abnormal rate of FET in the stable stage group was 40.43%, which was signiifcantly lower than that in the active stage group(88.63) (P<0.05). The levels of serum FET were positively correlated with ds-DNA, NGAL and SLEDAI (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Serum FET level and NGAL level are closely related to the disease activity of patients with SLE, which can effectively guide the laboratory diagnosis and monitoring.
