目的：探讨抗核抗体（ANA）和抗核抗体谱（ANAs）与习惯性流产（RSA）的关系，同时对间接免疫荧光法和免疫印迹法在检测抗核抗体方面的检测性能是否存在差异进行分析。方法收集习惯性流产患者1033例及同期正常妊娠妇女119例血清，采用间接免疫荧光法及免疫印迹法分别进行抗核抗体（ANA）和抗核抗体谱（ANAs）检测。结果1033例 RSA 患者中 ANA 阳性的为217例，阳性率为21．01％；ANAs 阳性的为216例，阳性率为20．91％。ANA 和 ANAs 阳性检出率在正常组和 RSA 组中的差异存在统计学意义。间接免疫荧光法和免疫印迹法检出率差异在1152例标本的结果显示不存在统计学意义。结论自身抗体的产生和习惯性流产的发生发展相关，其具体机理有待进一步研究。

Objective To investigate the positive expression of antinuclear antibodies (ANA)and antinuclear anti-body spectrum (ANAs)in recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA).To analyze whether there are differences between in-direct immunofluorescence and western blot in detecting antinuclear antibodies.Methods 1033 cases of patients with RSA and 119 cases of normal pregnant women′s serum were collected.Indirect immunofluorescence and western blot are adopted to detect ANA and ANAs respectively.Results In 1033 patients with RSA 217 cases are ANA positive, the positive rate is 21.01%;216 cases are ANAs positive,the positive rate is 20.91%.There is a statistically significant increase in comparison with a control group.Indirect immunofluorescence and western blot showed no statistical signifi-cance in detecting antinuclear antibody.Conclusion Antinuclear antibodies are related with the development of RSA,its specific mechanism needs further research.
