目的：：探究泌乳素腺瘤耐药性的形成机制以及探究雌激素受体拮抗剂治疗的有效性。方法：通过设立体外随机对照试验，探究不同浓度下的雌激素受体拮抗剂对泌乳素腺瘤细胞生产增殖状况的影响。结果：高浓度的雌激素受体拮抗剂对于泌乳素腺瘤的生产增殖有明显抑制作用。结论：雌激素受体拮抗剂对泌乳素腺瘤有一定的抑制作用，临床上可联合多巴胺受体激动剂进行治疗，有利于减少药物耐受性的形成，对于患者的临床治疗有着重要意义。
목적：：탐구비유소선류내약성적형성궤제이급탐구자격소수체길항제치료적유효성。방법：통과설입체외수궤대조시험，탐구불동농도하적자격소수체길항제대비유소선류세포생산증식상황적영향。결과：고농도적자격소수체길항제대우비유소선류적생산증식유명현억제작용。결론：자격소수체길항제대비유소선류유일정적억제작용，림상상가연합다파알수체격동제진행치료，유리우감소약물내수성적형성，대우환자적림상치료유착중요의의。
Objective:To investigate the forming mechanism of the drug resistance of prolactinoma and the effect of estrogen receptor antagonist.Methods:Conduct a random in-vitro comparative experiment,inves-tigate the effect of estrogen receptor in different concentration on the proliferation of prolactinoma cells.Re-sults:Estrogen receptor antagonist in high concentration has an obvious inhibitory effect on the proliferation of prolactinoma cells.Conclusion:Estrogen receptor antagonist has somewhat inhibitory effect on the prolifer-ation of prolactinoma,clinically,it is suggested to conduct treatment with it complicated with dopamine re-ceptor agonist ,it is helpful to control the forming of drug resistance,thus it is of important significance to the clinical treatment for patients.
