目的：：对比观察在产科分娩镇痛中应用导乐仪的临床效果及价值。方法：选取2014年1月~11月在某院产科进行分娩生育的产妇114例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组实施常规待产分娩，观察组使用导乐仪进行分娩镇痛，对比观察两组产妇临床效果。结果：观察组产妇在第一、第二与总产程时间均明显短于对照组，产后出血量明显少于对照组，镇痛效果显效率、总有效率与自然分娩率均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)，差异均有统计学意义。结论：在产妇临床分娩过程中通过导乐仪实施分娩镇痛，能够有效缓解产妇的分娩疼痛，明显缩短产程，促进产妇自然分娩，减少产后出血，临床效果理想，具有进一步推广应用的价值。
목적：：대비관찰재산과분면진통중응용도악의적림상효과급개치。방법：선취2014년1월~11월재모원산과진행분면생육적산부114례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，대조조실시상규대산분면，관찰조사용도악의진행분면진통，대비관찰량조산부림상효과。결과：관찰조산부재제일、제이여총산정시간균명현단우대조조，산후출혈량명현소우대조조，진통효과현효솔、총유효솔여자연분면솔균명현고우대조조(P <0.05)，차이균유통계학의의。결론：재산부림상분면과정중통과도악의실시분면진통，능구유효완해산부적분면동통，명현축단산정，촉진산부자연분면，감소산후출혈，림상효과이상，구유진일보추엄응용적개치。
Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical labor analgesic effect of doula instrument anal-gesia in department of obstetrics.Methods:Select 1 14 puerperae delivered in some hospital during the period from January 2014 to November and randomly divide them into the observation group and the control group, the control group received conventional expectant treatment,while the observation group achieved analgesia-with doula instrument,contrast the clinical effect in both group.Results:In observation group,the first,sec-ond,and whole stage of labor were all significantly shorter than that in control group,postpartum hemor-rhage was significantly less than that in the control group,the significantly effective rate of analgesic effect , overall effective rate and rate of natural childbirth were significantly higher,P <0.05,the differences above were statistically significant.Conclusion:To achieve analgesia with doula instrument in delivery process ,can effectively alleviate puerperae's labor pain significantly shorten the stage of labor ,promote natural child-birth,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,the clinical effect is satisfying and ideal and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
