目的:评价64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(64DSCTCA)诊断冠状动脉病变的价值.方法:回顾性分析冠心病患者80例,均行64DSCTCA与选择性冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查,以CAG为金标准,对两种检查结果进行对比分析.结果:64DSCTCA诊断冠脉狭窄≥50%的敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为:93.33%、94.70%、93.96%、95.37%、92.40%,与≥50%的阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.618>0.05).结论:64DSCTCA诊断冠脉狭窄的效能较高,能判断冠脉斑块的性质,具有重要的临床应用价值.

Objective:To evaluate the value of 64 row spiral CT coronary artery imaging (64DSCTA) in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:80 patients with CHD were retrospectivly analyzed, 64 DSCTCA and selective coronary angiography (CAG) were both performed, with the CAG as the gold standard,the test results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of 64DSCTCA diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis≥50% were 93.33%,94.70%,93.96%,95.37%, 92.40%,compared with the ≥50% positive rate, there was no statistically significant difference(P=0.618>0.05).Conclusion:64DSCTCA diagnosis of CHD efficiency is higher, simple and noninvasive, can determine the nature of the plaque, can be used as screening of CHD diagnosis.
