基于江苏省若干中小对日纺织贸易企业的调查结果显示，江苏省中小型纺织外贸企业对日出口总体保持稳定，近年来略有下滑，其中部分有准备的中型企业在竞争中表现出一定优势。多数企业已经在出口产品结构上发生变化，主要表现为品质要求不断提高，产品多样化，价格低，批量小等特征，而逆势增长的企业已由低档产品逐渐向附加值高的中高档产品转型。针对日本加入TPP的影响，企业持负面态度，但多数企业对日本加入TPP未有应对策略。针对存在的问题，本文从产业提档升级、发展市场多元化和健全行业协会职能提出了若干对策建议。

Based on the survey results of several small and medium-sized textile enterprises in Jiangsu Province, it is showed that the small and medium-sized textile enterprises in Jiangsu province maintained stable state on exports to Japan, and slight declined in recent years, and some medium-sized enterprises that have prepared showed advantage in the competition. Most enterprises have been changed in the export product structure, mainly for quality requirements will continue to improve, product variety, low price and small batch production characteristics, and the enterprise that in contrarian growth has transformed from low-grade products gradually to high-grade products. Companies have the negative attitude to the impact on Japan's accession to TPP, but most companies have no response to the Challenge that Janpan join in the TPP.
