当前，洞庭湖生态经济区可持续发展面临着一些问题，同时长江中游城市群的发展又给该区域发展带来了一定影响。对接长江中游城市群发展，洞庭湖生态经济区应树立结构多元化、产业“两型”化、循环经济社会化、区域一体化和服务现代化的发展思路，从产业发展、循环经济、区域一体化三个方面实施发展精准农业、建设绿色工业体系、打造现代服务体系、推进社会“大循环”建设、推动城乡一体化和行政体制改革等举措，实现区域可持续发展。
噹前，洞庭湖生態經濟區可持續髮展麵臨著一些問題，同時長江中遊城市群的髮展又給該區域髮展帶來瞭一定影響。對接長江中遊城市群髮展，洞庭湖生態經濟區應樹立結構多元化、產業“兩型”化、循環經濟社會化、區域一體化和服務現代化的髮展思路，從產業髮展、循環經濟、區域一體化三箇方麵實施髮展精準農業、建設綠色工業體繫、打造現代服務體繫、推進社會“大循環”建設、推動城鄉一體化和行政體製改革等舉措，實現區域可持續髮展。
당전，동정호생태경제구가지속발전면림착일사문제，동시장강중유성시군적발전우급해구역발전대래료일정영향。대접장강중유성시군발전，동정호생태경제구응수립결구다원화、산업“량형”화、순배경제사회화、구역일체화화복무현대화적발전사로，종산업발전、순배경제、구역일체화삼개방면실시발전정준농업、건설록색공업체계、타조현대복무체계、추진사회“대순배”건설、추동성향일체화화행정체제개혁등거조，실현구역가지속발전。
This paper analyzes the problems that the Dongting Lake Ecological Economy Zone is faced in its sustainable development and the influence from the development of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. In order to achieve sustainable development of the Dongting Lake Ecological Economy Zone, we should take the development idea of structural diversification,“two-oriented”industry, circular economy socialization, regional integration and service modernization. This papers also proposes such development measures as developing precision agriculture,building green industrial system, building modern service system, advancing the construction of social general circulation, pushing urban and rural integration and the reform of the administrative system for the sustainable development of the Dongting Lake Ecological Economy Zone.
