当核电厂主控制室失去完成由安全分析所确定的安全功能时,运行人员撤离到远程停堆站对核电厂进行有限控制和监测.针对主控制室不可用、需要转移到远程停堆站时需要考虑的核电厂事故情况,对国内外相关法规标准进行了全面分析研究,确定了核电厂远程停堆站的事故设计原则,并提出了国内相关标准的升版建议和意见. 研究成果为后续核电厂远程停堆站设计提供了指导.

In the event that the safety functions determined by safety analysis cannot be conducted in main control room of nuclear power plant, the operators have to withdraw to the remote shutdown station for limited controlling and monitoring of the plant. Aimed at such situation, the accident situation of the nuclear power plant must to be considered. Related standards and regulations at home and abroad are analyzed and researched comprehensively, and the design criteria of the accidents to be handled in remote shutdown station are determined. The suggestions and comments for revising the standards and regulations of our country are proposed. The researching achievements provide guidance for designing remote shutdown station of subsequent nuclear power plants.
