传统地貌类型划分多是基于单一或固定的地形因子进行分析,存在一定的片面性和主观性.采用30m分辨率的SRTM DEM,利用ArcGIS 10.1软件平台,采用均值变点分析法,确定了南阳市地势起伏度的最佳统计单元面积27×27(0.6561 km2),选取海拔高度、地势起伏度、坡度变率、地表粗糙度、高程变异系数、地表累计曲率6个地形因子,运用Iso 聚类工具和最大似然法分类工具进行聚类分析,通过合并零星图斑,完成了南阳市5种地貌类型的自动划分.

The traditional division methods of landform types are mostly based on a single or some fixed terrain factors, which are one-sided and subjective. This paper proposes a new automatic division method that adopts 6 terrain factors, altitude, relief amplitude, rate of slope change, surface roughness, coefficient of elevation varia-tion and cumulative surface curvature. The initial data is SRTM DEM in 30m resolution, then a mean value change-point algorithm is applied to get the optimum statistical unit to calculate relief amplitude of Nanyang city, which is 27 × 27 cells, about 0. 6561 km2 . After this, cluster analysis is performed by Iso cluster tool and maxi-mum likelihood classification tool in ArcGIS 10 . 1 , also isolated patches in cluster outcome data is merged to gen-erate the final 5 landform types.
