醋酸锌/活性炭一直是乙炔气相法合成醋酸乙烯的主要催化剂,载体在催化该反应的过程中作用明显。在不同的气氛下,对活性炭载体进行高温处理,考察对活性炭载体的影响,并以处理后的活性炭为载体制备催化剂,并测定其催化剂活性。结果表明 CO2气氛下,高温处理对活性炭表面结构影响较大。活性炭处理温度为700℃时,制备的催化剂活性最大达到2.35 g/(d·mL)。
醋痠鋅/活性炭一直是乙炔氣相法閤成醋痠乙烯的主要催化劑,載體在催化該反應的過程中作用明顯。在不同的氣氛下,對活性炭載體進行高溫處理,攷察對活性炭載體的影響,併以處理後的活性炭為載體製備催化劑,併測定其催化劑活性。結果錶明 CO2氣氛下,高溫處理對活性炭錶麵結構影響較大。活性炭處理溫度為700℃時,製備的催化劑活性最大達到2.35 g/(d·mL)。

Zinc acetate /activated carbon catalyst has been used as a major catalyst for acetylene gas-phase synthesis of vinyl acetate. As the support,activated carbon has obvious effect on the catalytic reaction. In this paper, high temperature treatment of the activated carbon was carried out under different atmosphere, impact of the high temperature treatment on the activated carbon support was investigated, and the catalyst was prepared with treated activated carbon, and its catalytic activity was determined. The results show that, under CO2 atmosphere, the high temperature treatment has greater impact on carbon surface structure. When the activated carbon treatment temperature is 700 ,℃ the activity of prepared catalyst can reach to the maximum production 2.35 g / (d · mL).
