借助水热法,以氯化钇、柠檬酸钠、磷酸钠为基本原料合成了YPO4纳米颗粒,然后通过掺杂Er3+、Yb3+、Tm3+稀土离子获得上转换发光性能。实验研究了反应温度、反应时间、掺杂比和烧结温度对样品发光性能的影响,获得了在红外激发下,可以发出暖白光的稀土上转换纳米发光材料。
藉助水熱法,以氯化釔、檸檬痠鈉、燐痠鈉為基本原料閤成瞭YPO4納米顆粒,然後通過摻雜Er3+、Yb3+、Tm3+稀土離子穫得上轉換髮光性能。實驗研究瞭反應溫度、反應時間、摻雜比和燒結溫度對樣品髮光性能的影響,穫得瞭在紅外激髮下,可以髮齣暖白光的稀土上轉換納米髮光材料。

YPO4 nanoparticles are synthesized from yttrium chloride, sodium citrate and sodium phosphate by hy-drothermal method. Afterwards, upconversion luminescence properties are obtained through doping Er3+ and Yb3+, Tm3+ rare-earth. The experiment researches the effects of the sample luminescence properties under dif-ferent reaction temperature, different reaction time, the quantity of different doped ions and different sintering temperature. Based on the experiment, the white light rare-earth upconversion nanometer luminescence materials are acquired under the infrared light.
