目前新建核电厂已普遍应用数字化仪控平台,但早期基于数字化仪控平台定期试验中并未包含数字化仪控通道的响应时间定期试验. 标准GB/T 5204-2008和IEC 60671-2007中明确提出安全系统响应时间试验是安全系统定期试验的组成部分. 提出了数字化仪控通道响应时间定期试验的必要性,并结合MELTAC-N Plus R3 DCS平台,详细说明数字化仪控通道响应时间试验的监测范围;明确响应时间的计时信号路径,并重点分析了两种响应时间定期试验方案,为在役核电厂改造及后续数字化仪控平台开发提供设计参考.

At present, digitized I&C platform is widely used in newly built nuclear power plants, but in early stage periodic test based on digitized I&C platform, the test for response time of the digitized I&C channel was not included. In the standards of GB/T 5204 -2008 and IEC 60671-2007, the test for response time of safety system is the component of periodic test for safety system. The necessity of the response time periodic test for digitized I&C channel is proposed, and combining with MELTAC-N Plus R3 DCS platform, the monitoring range of such test is described in detail, the timing signal path of the response time is defined, and two of the test schemes are analyzed emphatically. These provide reference for renovation of the nuclear power plants in service and developing subsequent digitized I&C platforms.
