目的:评价创新临床路径管理模式的效果.方法:选取2012年4月-2014年9月上海市金山区4家综合性医院实施创新临床路径管理的6328例患者作为观察组,同期的非创新临床路径管理患者2488例作为对照组,比较两组平均住院费用、平均药费支出、平均住院时间、并发症发生率及患者满意度等质量和效益指标.结果:观察组平均住院费用、平均药费支出、平均住院时间、并发症发生率及患者满意度均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:通过实施创新临床路径管理模式可以有效控制医疗费用和成本,规范医疗服务行为,提升医疗质量效率,提高患者满意度.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical application effects of the innovative clinical pathway management mode.Method:6328 patients who were given innovative clinical pathway management in four general hospital of Jinshan district,Shanghai city from April 2012 to September 2014 were selected as the observation group.2488 patients who were not given innovative clinical pathway management were selected as the control group at the same time.The average cost of hospitalization,the average expenses for medicine expenditure,the average hospital stays,the incidence of complications and the satisfaction of patients were compared.Result:The average cost of hospitalization,the average expenses for medicine expenditure,the average hospital stays,the incidence of complications and the satisfaction of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out innovative clinical pathway management mode can control inpatient expense and the cost,standardize medical service,improve the quality of medical care and improve patients' satisfaction.
