目的:建立一套规范化、信息化的粤西地区慢性肾脏病(CKD)组织生物样本库-临床随访系统.方法:收集2010年8月-2014年1月在广东医学院附属医院肾内科就诊的部分CKD患者的组织生物样本(包括血清、血凝块、尿液及肾组织)及相关的临床信息资料,利用超低温贮存系统和电脑信息软件技术建立粤西地区CKD组织生物样本库-临床随访系统.入组CKD临床随访系统的患者为试验组,未入组CKD临床随访系统的患者为对照组,比较两组患者的复诊率及失访率以评价临床随访系统效果.结果:(1)CKD组织生物样本库-临床随访系统目前已收集、处理及保存了近1000例CKD患者的生物样本,其中血清样本近2900份,血凝块样本近1000份,尿液样本近2200份,肾组织病理近4000份.临床资料库中收集、整理和保存的临床资料近1000份.(2)试验组首次复诊率、3个月复诊率及失访率均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:粤西地区CKD组织生物样本库-临床随访系统已初步建立,该系统的建立有助于提高患者的依从性,增加患者的复诊率,降低患者的失访率.

목적:건립일투규범화、신식화적월서지구만성신장병(CKD)조직생물양본고-림상수방계통.방법:수집2010년8월-2014년1월재엄동의학원부속의원신내과취진적부분CKD환자적조직생물양본(포괄혈청、혈응괴、뇨액급신조직)급상관적림상신식자료,이용초저온저존계통화전뇌신식연건기술건립월서지구CKD조직생물양본고-림상수방계통.입조CKD림상수방계통적환자위시험조,미입조CKD림상수방계통적환자위대조조,비교량조환자적복진솔급실방솔이평개림상수방계통효과.결과:(1)CKD조직생물양본고-림상수방계통목전이수집、처리급보존료근1000례CKD환자적생물양본,기중혈청양본근2900빈,혈응괴양본근1000빈,뇨액양본근2200빈,신조직병리근4000빈.림상자료고중수집、정리화보존적림상자료근1000빈.(2)시험조수차복진솔、3개월복진솔급실방솔균우우대조조,비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론:월서지구CKD조직생물양본고-림상수방계통이초보건립,해계통적건립유조우제고환자적의종성,증가환자적복진솔,강저환자적실방솔.
Objective:To construct a normalized,informationized biobank and clinical follow-up system in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)in the northwest of Guangdong province.Method:The organization biological samples(including serum,blood clot,urine and kidney tissues) and clinical informations of the patients with CKD in the affiliated hospital of Guangdong Medical College from August 2010 to January 2014 were collected to construct the biobank and clinical follow-up system by using cryogenic storage system and computer software technology.Patients who were selected into the clinical follow-up system were as the experimental group,patients who were not selected into the clinical follow-up system were as the control group.The further consultation rates and the lost of follow-up rates of the two groups were compared in order to evaluate the effect of the clinical follow-up system.Result:(1)The biobank and follow-up system had collected the biological samples of 1000 patients,including about 2900 serum,1000 blood-clot, 2200 urine,4000 kidney tissues and 1000 clinical data.(2)The further consultation rate for the first time,the further consultation rate after three months and the lost of follow-up rate in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The biobank and clinical follow-up system in the northwest of Guangdong province has been initial set up.This system can improve patients' compliance,increase the further consultation rate and decrease the lost of follow-up rate.
