以4~5年生毛竹材为原料,在油介质条件下,研究不同热处理时间和温度对毛竹材性能的影响,比较油介质热处理前后毛竹材的抗弯强度、表面润湿性、颜色及漆膜附着力的变化。结果表明:毛竹材的抗弯强度随热处理温度的升高而降低,温度越高,下降幅度越大;在相同热处理温度条件下,抗弯强度随热处理时间的延长呈下降趋势,但变化幅度不大。与对照材相比,经过热处理的毛竹材表面接触角呈增大的趋势,润湿性能降低;热处理温度对竹材表面润湿性的影响大于热处理时间;竹材接触角在热处理之后虽然增大,但不超过90°,均在可以润湿的范围内,能够满足涂饰要求。热处理毛竹材在整个厚度和长度方向上颜色均匀加深,使竹材具有了很好的表面装饰性;随着时间的延长和温度的升高,总体色差变化逐渐增大。热处理时间和热处理温度对漆膜附着力的影响不大。

Using four to six years bamboo as the test material,we treated the bamboo strips in hot oil and then researched the effects of the oil medium to the properties of bamboo under different treatment temperature and time. We tested the change of bending strength,surface wettability,color,film adhesion of bamboo before and after heat treatment. The results showed that: With the rising of heat treatment temperature,the bending strength reduced,the higher the temperature is,the greater the decline is. Under the three types of heat treatment temperature,it was a downward trend with the extension of treatment time, but the change was less. Compared with the control material,the static contact angle of the surface of the heat-treated bamboo increased and the wettability decreased. Effect of heat treatment temperature on the bamboo surface wettability was greater than the heat treatment time. Although the contact angle increased after the heat treatment,but it was not more than 90 ° and could meet the requirements of finishing. Color of treated bamboo became darker uniformly over the entire thickness and length directions,so that it had good surface decoration performance. With the extension of time and temperature,the color got darker and darker. Heat treatment time and heat treatment temperature had little effect on film adhesion.
