为预防鞭腿技术因击打不规范而造成支撑腿踝关节的运动损伤,运用VICON System 3 D运动捕捉系统与Polygon分析软件,对鞭腿击打三种不同类型目标研究表明:支撑腿接触地面瞬间踝关节内旋角度;击打瞬间内旋角速度;回旋力矩均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。击打脚靶时身体重心过于靠前,踝关节角度呈背屈、内翻和外旋运动;踝关节快速外旋运动时与地面反作用力结合形成对踝关节运动的阻力;击打沙包瞬间踝关节角度过度内翻和外旋运动以及踝关节内翻外翻、内旋外旋力矩的变化等都是支撑腿踝关节运动损伤的危险因素。

To prevent the potential injury to ankle joint by whip kicking in Sanda,the authors studied the whip kicking effect on 3 types of targets with VICON System 3 D motion collection system and Polygon analysis software.Results reveal that there are significant differences between the instantane-ous internal rotation angle of ankle joint of the supporting legs in contact with the ground,rotating in-ner corner speed at the striking moment,gyro moment,the ground reaction force of the X axis and Z axis (P<.05 ).The risk factors of the active injury of the supporting leg's joint include the shifting forward of the body weight,the dorsiflexion,inversion and rotary motion of the ankle joint,the forma-tion of the resistance force for the ankle joint as a result of the combination of the fast rotary motion of ankle joint and ground reaction force,the over pronation and supination movements of the ankle joint at the instant of hitting sandbags,ankle varus valgus rotation,internal rotation and external torque change.
