采用酶学分析法,检测野生与养殖条件下大鳍鳠(Mystus macropterus)前、中、后肠刷状缘膜(BBM)上蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶、碱性磷酸酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶和 Na+-K+-ATP 酶活性。结果显示:(1)Na+-K+-ATP 酶在两种条件下大鳍鳠各肠段刷状缘膜活性大小不存在显著性差异,且 Na+-K+-ATP 酶的富集系数均大于1.0;(2)蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶和碱性磷酸酶在两种条件下大鳍鳠各肠道刷状缘膜上分布规律相同,其中,肠段刷状缘膜蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶和碱性磷酸酶比活力在各肠段分布均为前肠>中肠>后肠,而γ-谷氨酰转肽酶比活力分布为中肠>后肠>前肠;(3)同种酶在不同条件下大鳍鳠同肠段的活性均为养殖大鳍鳠大于野生大鳍鳠,仅碱性磷酸酶比活力在野生大鳍鳠中肠略大于养殖大鳍鳠中肠。
採用酶學分析法,檢測野生與養殖條件下大鰭鳠(Mystus macropterus)前、中、後腸刷狀緣膜(BBM)上蔗糖酶、麥芽糖酶、堿性燐痠酶、γ-穀氨酰轉肽酶和 Na+-K+-ATP 酶活性。結果顯示:(1)Na+-K+-ATP 酶在兩種條件下大鰭鳠各腸段刷狀緣膜活性大小不存在顯著性差異,且 Na+-K+-ATP 酶的富集繫數均大于1.0;(2)蔗糖酶、麥芽糖酶、γ-穀氨酰轉肽酶和堿性燐痠酶在兩種條件下大鰭鳠各腸道刷狀緣膜上分佈規律相同,其中,腸段刷狀緣膜蔗糖酶、麥芽糖酶和堿性燐痠酶比活力在各腸段分佈均為前腸>中腸>後腸,而γ-穀氨酰轉肽酶比活力分佈為中腸>後腸>前腸;(3)同種酶在不同條件下大鰭鳠同腸段的活性均為養殖大鰭鳠大于野生大鰭鳠,僅堿性燐痠酶比活力在野生大鰭鳠中腸略大于養殖大鰭鳠中腸。
채용매학분석법,검측야생여양식조건하대기화(Mystus macropterus)전、중、후장쇄상연막(BBM)상자당매、맥아당매、감성린산매、γ-곡안선전태매화 Na+-K+-ATP 매활성。결과현시:(1)Na+-K+-ATP 매재량충조건하대기화각장단쇄상연막활성대소불존재현저성차이,차 Na+-K+-ATP 매적부집계수균대우1.0;(2)자당매、맥아당매、γ-곡안선전태매화감성린산매재량충조건하대기화각장도쇄상연막상분포규률상동,기중,장단쇄상연막자당매、맥아당매화감성린산매비활력재각장단분포균위전장>중장>후장,이γ-곡안선전태매비활력분포위중장>후장>전장;(3)동충매재불동조건하대기화동장단적활성균위양식대기화대우야생대기화,부감성린산매비활력재야생대기화중장략대우양식대기화중장。
The activities of five enzymes, sucrase, maltase, alkaline phosphatase, γ-glutamyltranspeptidase ( γ-GT) and Na+-K+-ATP of the enterocytes brush border membrane (BBM) of wild and farmed Mystus macropterus was investiga-ted by means of enzymes analyses .The results showed that: (1) The activity of Na+-K+-ATP in wild and that in farmed M.macropterus was not significant different from each other in all regions of the intestine , and both of the enrichment factors of Na+-K+-ATP were higher than 1.0; (2) The distribution characteristics of sucrase , maltase, alkaline phosphatase and γ-glutamyltranspeptidase (γ-GT) of the enterocytes brush border membrane (BBM) were the same, as well as, the activities of sucrase, maltase and alkaline phosphatase were foregut >midgut >hindgut, meanwhile activity of γ-glutamyl-transpeptidase (γ-GT) was midgut >hindgut >foregut.(3)The data rules of activities of the same enzymes in different re -gions of the intestine in these two fishes were that activities of the farmed M.macropterus′s enzymes were higher than the wild M.macropterus′s, except that the wild M.macropterus′s alkaline phosphatase activity in the midgut was higher than farmed M.macropterus′s.
