[目的]探讨脑卒后失语症病人康复护理中的沟通技巧应用效果。[方法]应用特定的沟通技巧对21例脑卒中失语症病人进行4周的语言康复护理训练,训练前后采用中国康复研究中心标准失语症检查量表(CRRCAE)进行评价。[结果]康复护理4周后,除画面说明、漫画说明和水果列举评分与训练前比较差异无统计学意义外(P>0.05),余各项听理解、复述、说、出声读和阅读语言功能评分较训练前明显提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。[结论]应用特定沟通技巧对失语症病人进行语言康复训练能有效改善脑卒中失语症病人语言功能。

Objective:To probe into the application effect of communication skills in rehabilitation nursing of aphasia patients after stroke.Methods:A total of 2 1 cases of stroke patients with aphasia received the language rehabilitation training by using specific communication skills.Before and after the treatment,Chinese Rehabilita-tion Research Center Aphasia Examination scale (CRRCAE)was used to evaluate the effect.Results:After 4 weeks of rehabilitation,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the picture description, instructions book of comics and fruit list (P>0.05).The rest of the listening comprehension,repeat,said,the sound reading and reading language function scores were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:The specific communication skills used for language rehabilitation training can effectively improve language functions of stroke patients with aphasia.
