[目的]探讨运动体操训练对老年人平衡及运动能力的影响。[方法]选择2014年6月—2014年12月老干部病房长期住院病人72例,坚持运动体操训练12周,比较训练前后Tinetti平衡步态量表得分、单腿平衡时间、特定动作平衡信心、计时“起立行走”时间、日常生活活动能力(ADL)得分情况。[结果]训练12周后,Tinetti 平衡步态量表中平衡及总分明显提高;单腿平衡时间明显延长;平衡信心有所增加;“起立行走”测试完成时间明显缩短,ADL 评分增加,与训练前比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。[结论]运动体操训练可以改善老年人平衡能力及运动能力、增强平衡信心,是预防跌倒的有效措施之一。

[목적]탐토운동체조훈련대노년인평형급운동능력적영향。[방법]선택2014년6월—2014년12월로간부병방장기주원병인72례,견지운동체조훈련12주,비교훈련전후Tinetti평형보태량표득분、단퇴평형시간、특정동작평형신심、계시“기립행주”시간、일상생활활동능력(ADL)득분정황。[결과]훈련12주후,Tinetti 평형보태량표중평형급총분명현제고;단퇴평형시간명현연장;평형신심유소증가;“기립행주”측시완성시간명현축단,ADL 평분증가,여훈련전비교차이유통계학의의(균P<0.05)。[결론]운동체조훈련가이개선노년인평형능력급운동능력、증강평형신심,시예방질도적유효조시지일。
Objective:To probe into the influence of gymnastics exercise training on balance and exercise capacity of the aged.Methods:A total of 72 patients in long term hospitalization in our hospital from June to December in 2014 were selected.They adhered to gymnastics exercise for 12 weeks,then the Tinetti Gait score,the single leg balance time,the confidence of specific action balance,the time of Up and Go and the ADL score were com-pared before and after the training.Results:After 1 2 weeks of training,The balance score and total score of Ti-netti Gait were significantly improved,and the balance time of right leg was prolonged significantly;the confi-dence of specific action balance also increased;and the time of Up and Go test was shortened significantly,the ADL score increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The gymnastics training may improve elderly people’s balance and sports ability and enhance the balance confidence,which was one of the effective measures to prevent falls.
