陶岔渠道枢纽工程是南水北调中线一期输水总干渠的引水渠首。工程所在区域地质情况复杂、岩体破碎、裂隙发育、透水性强,给灌浆施工带来诸多困难。为此,选取具有代表性的地段和地层先进行灌浆试验,根据试验结果可得到灌浆过程中需严格控制的相关参数,包括压力、流量、水灰比等。在此基础上,借鉴其他工程实践经验,提出了一系列优化灌浆施工工艺的举措,灌后渠首的坝基承载力和防渗等各项指标均满足设计和相关规范要求。

Taocha headwork hydro-complex project is the canal head of phase I project of the main diversion canal of Middle Route of South to North Water Diversion Project, where the geological conditions are characterized as broken mass, developed rock gap, and strong water permeability, thus bringing difficulties to the grouting construction. The grouting experiment was car-ried out for selecting typical section and strata, so the relevant parameters that should be strictly controlled during grouting con-struction such as pressure, discharge, water-cement ratio were obtained. A series of measures for optimizing the grouting con-struction technique were put forward by referencing to the engineering experiences of other projects, so it made sure that the dam foundation bearing capacity, anti-seepage and other indicators met the design and specification requirements.
